Everyone is unique
At our initial 20-minute free meeting we will discuss your priorities and what you would like to work on. I will then create a 5 or 10 session plan on what we would dedicate each of the sessions for. The methods I use depend on what exactly you would like to bring your attention to and work on. The techniques I will dedicate each of the sessions for include meditation, yoga, expressive arts and compassion techniques. All is based on the latest research in the field.
Course Alignment
During the course of our program we will see which of the methods proposed best work for you and adjust our plan according to what works best for you.
